Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you great shipping options. Every day, we deliver to many customers, ensuring that we provide high levels of responsiveness to at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 2 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2-3 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped using standard economy. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1 and 6 days to reach you, depending on your location, but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 15 business days, but could take longer.
